“We arrived after hours, our host was very accommodating with a key in a lockbox. The houseboat was well chilled with the air conditioner. Everything was clean and inviting. The outdoor porch is screened keeping all bugs away. We had Everything we needed to prepare our meals. The rooms were very comfortable. There are wagons to use to bring luggage and other supplies to your houseboat. My only suggestion would be to oil or wd40 the wheels please? We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely……

“I’ve been coming to Chincoteague for over 30 years and this has become my new favorite. The view of the water from the pool is outstanding, same thing from the hot tub, property is well-maintained and clean. Staff is great and helpful.”

“You cannot beat this location across from the Assateague Lighthouse or the knowledge and stories of Capt. John who was born and raised on the island! We made the most of our 2 night stay. Very clean and well maintained family run property. The 11 small cottages are well situated with basic amenities. We took advantage of both sunset and sunrise cruises as well as the water taxi to a private beach. There are also kayak and small boat rentals. Had a fire on shore and looked at the stars.……

“Room was horrible..not even a lamp shad for the lamp..smelled odd...no breakfast...wait there was bread..1 banana...no cereal..wow. not very good at all..room wasn't even vacuumed..do not recommend”
