Plenty of opportunities to walk around the area/vineyards, or take trips to the many fairly close château. The hosts are friendly mostly only French spoken, but we were able to communicate with a few words. A very good place to stay.”

“Bei unserer Ankunft sind wir herzlich begrüßt worden. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ist ideal für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Es verfügt über 2 Terrassen und an kühleren Tagen kann gern der Kamin benutzt werden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut: Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Schlafzimmer bieten alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet; in das Zentrum sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.……

“The setting is absolutely stunning. We had great weather and access to the river was terrific. Such a relaxing place. Lots of wildlife around including European beavers. An incredible range of things to do in the surrounding area and for the British a relatively easy drive down from the channel ports. ”

“Very quirky french property. 3 bedrooms upstairs in main building with one in an annexe with its own small lounge & toilet. Large very well equipped kitchen. Great size lounge & dining area with ceiling fan. The pool is fantastic, heated perfectly and in a separate poolhouse. Its 2 metres deep throughout so be aware. Lovely garden & courtyards which can be used to sit in. Aswith many french properties you have to be prepared for local flora & fauna. We enjoyed Derek the bats flights in the……
