El lugar es muy bonito, ahora la propiedad está algo descuidada, se observa poco mantenimiento en el mobiliario cercano a la piscina o la terraza y la refrigeradora. Y en cuanto apoyo por medio del chat del app de expedía es nulo, el personal del lugar no atiende por el app, sino solicita que se llame a recepción en horario donde está disponible la recepción, en mi estadía tuve un inconveniente que me costó contactar alguien que me apoyara, finalmente se solventó y fue esperando al personal de la recepción. Ahora el lugar cuenta con una cocina, si en caso no se desea cocinar hay un restaurante que lo sugiero si se bebe alcohol es rápido ahora si es por comida tener paciencia para esperar.

The hotel is nice and decent, but there are some drawbacks. You can hear cars and motorcycles going by from the rooms, which makes it noisy. The TV has no English option, which is inconvenient for travelers. The front desk staff were helpful but not very friendly. The biggest issue was the private driver arranged by the hotel. It cost $60, and the ride felt unsafe. I would recommend using Uber instead — it’s cheaper and more reliable. Overall, a decent stay but with room for improvement.
