The staff were welcoming, helpful and courteous from the moment I walked in to the moment I departed.
The food was delectable.

- Location is excellent. Close to many landmark places.
- Number of good restaurants nearby.
- Staff is outstanding.
- Hotel does not have a lobby. Well, the lobby backs up as a coffee shop. So lobby can get very crowded and there is no easy seating.
- Rooms are clean. However, no desk and not many plug points.
