“We had a okay stay love the size of the room! We stayed there for three days and not once did they come and clean it. So we kept having to ask for more towels. Breakfast times were way too early. It would be nice to have breakfast til at least 10:30am for people who are on vacation. Outside of that staff was friendly except one lady at night time she was mad that I needed extra towels. I know bummer huh! But overall the room was very comfortable.”

“Room was exceptionally nice and clean. Very roomy. But most of all the managers were the best in the business. I’ve never been anywhere that managed was better. If I’m ever back in the area I will make it a point to stay there again.”

“Electric went out till 3 in the morning couldn't see anything had to sit in car for air to cool off it was terrible.”

“We reserved and paid two nights. Over $650.00. Upon arrival our room was changed to a different area of the property. The room was awful. The carpet felt wet and all the linens were damp and smelled of mold. There were crickets chirping behind the beds, ticks crawling underneath the gaps in the door, water and electrical pipes all exposed on the ceiling. The workout gym was full of water and machines covered in mud. The property is run down and felt unsafe. We stayed just two hours and had to……

“Very conveniently located right by the interstate on ramp. Kids loved the pool and the front desk worker was very accommodating and gave us a room on the first floor.”

“There is a very nice area in back of the property with a grass-lined winding path and water features that was a relaxing place to get away for a walk or just a relaxing moment. Excellent housekeeping!”

“I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.”
