“Upon arrival and after receiving the keys for the room, went to my room to find it was dirty, like not cleaned from the prior guest at all. Went back to front desk, the gentleman helping me was very kind but they had no more suites available and was only able to stay in a regular room which was fine, they told me I would be compensated for the difference but have yet to hear back on anything. The hotel was nice, breakfast was good, but the new room we were in we found a pacifier under the table,……

“It was average at best. The bed was very lumpy and squishy, and my room didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator (some rooms didn’t have them due to renovations). It was fine, but if I come back, I will stay somewhere else, even if I had to pay more money.”

“The entire hotel needs an upgrade, from wall paint, bedspreads, to bathroom shower. There were hair strands in my shower, chip and mold around the shower and shower curtain, even with the shower curtain closed the floor still got wet to a puddle, found a bug crawling up the tv stand, mattress a little hard/stiff, towels rough feeling”
