“初めての民泊利用だったのでチェックインが不安でしたが、細かくメールも来て、詳しい案内も来たので問題なく利用できました！ 防音トビラ付きの部屋がありカラオケが出来たり、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。 歯ブラシだけアメニティが無いので、持参必要です。 近くに飲食店やコンビニもあり、便利でした。 都内と思えないほど静かでした。お勧めです！”

“Great stay, it’s a bit hidden but felt very private. Accommodations were made with toothbrushes, hair brush, cotton swabs and towels. I would double check on the instruction provided my room was on the 5th floor, and instruction indicated to get off 4th floor. Other than that I had an excellent stay and would recommend.”

“Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku. The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers don’t fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great. There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us.”
