“It was an excellent stay! It was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group of 3 staying for a week. It was also a nice quiet, safe area we stayed in. The host, Kevin, was very welcoming and communication was great with him. He gave us lots of first time info as this was our first time in Japan. It was a great experience overall. “The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. “Loved the location and the property setup. Very spacious for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and was so close to everything. Room was clean, modern and had all that we needed. The bathroom was separated into 3 rooms which made it really functional and ideal so 3 people could be in there at the same time (shower, toilet, sink). All hotel bathrooms should be like this! “The location was great—close to restaurants, 7‑Eleven, and FamilyMart. It was also close to Shin‑Okubo Station, approximately a 2‑minute walk.The property was clean and well maintained.
