This spacious 2 bed, 2 bath condo has a view of both the turquoise blue Caribbean and the lush gardens of Colony Cove. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twins that can combine into a King. Both bedrooms have individually controlled A/C. Enjoy two full bathrooms, both with beautifully tiled showers. The master bath is En Suite. Your spacious living room is comfortably furnished and has FREE Cable TV and WiFi and also has an AC. A full kitchen awaits your culinary skills or walk steps down the beach to one of two great restaurants. There is a washer/dryer IN UNIT for laundry. This first floor condo is convenient to parking with no stairs and direct access to the pool and beach from a gate in your private gallery (patio). Walk right out to the pool and beach area. SARGASSO Update: The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing higher volumes of Sargasso sea grass in recent years. This sea grass can wash up and pile on the beach and create an unpleasant smell as it decays. It is most prevalent on the North and East side of the island. In large amounts it prevents enjoyable use of our beach. The west end of the island has beautiful beaches that are almost always sea grass free. The Sargasso grass is most prevalent during the hotter months of late July - September. This condition is unpredictable on a week to week basis and something that is totally out of our control. The water was beautiful and we had perfect weather. The condo came fully equipped which was extremely helpful for our family. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Perfect central place for our family to meet our son who lives in Christiansted STX. Great place for sleeping, post beach/diving cleanup & dry out, and even a little eating during our 10 fay stay. The pool beach access are very close to this unit, 30'/50'. Even checked out BBQ grill at pool deck and it was quite clean and functional. Parking was very accessible to front door. Bed/bathrooms were clean and well stocked. .plenty of pillows, and matresses wer very comfortable, not too hard or firm. A/C in all areas worked fine. And kitchen accessories were well provisioned.
