Lovely hotel in well-located downtown area. Room was not ready at check-in, had to change clothes for the event I was attending in the bathroom. Having said that, the bathroom was large and clean. Our room was ready 25 minutes later as we were walking out the door. Not as relaxing as I hoped after a 2.5 hour drive and a hassle parking.
Staff was kind and empathetic. Both front desk receptionists were great. Room was clean (and I am definitely picky)! Bed was just okay. On the firm side yet seemed to be sagging. Bedding was crisp and comfortable. Pillows were "crunchy". Not uncomfortable, but had a slight odor... earthy.
I would stay here again, if the price remains competitive. Thanks!
