This is the second time we have stayed here prior to an early morning flight out of MSP. While I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel, and it's fairly modern, the staff is never really friendly. Check-in always takes longer than it should, and paying for parking seems a bit excessive when you're already paying to stay there. Not to mention, they could offer a discount to people who have early checkouts. We left at 2am, how is it fair to charge us the same rate for parking for being there less than 6hrs?

This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. WIFI worked great. On site restaurant is a big plus for those of us that aren't up to exploring the area. Thank you.
