“We were cursed from the start with this residence. Communication on the Vrbo app was poor. The arrival and departure information was never forwarded to us due to the link being inactive. Despite several communication attempts with the owner we never got the necessary document. As a result we had to figure out on our own the nuances of the Glasgow flat from a Canadian perspective. Hot water and a poor flushing toilet added to our problems. Poor quality and old mattress led to poor sleeps in……
