Our stay at Holiday Inn Cincinnati Liberty Way by IHG was truly excellent. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The fresh breakfast each morning offered plenty of good choices, and everything tasted great. The staff made our experience even better. Everyone was welcoming, but Kiran at the front desk stood out in an exceptional way. He was incredibly courteous, warm, and professional — he made us feel genuinely valued from the moment we arrived. Kiran is truly the face of the hotel, and he absolutely deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
