Property is closed to everything BUT pool was not open due to they did not have a permit for it, restaurant and bar was not open. I stayed there for two nights in a double queen with my two young boys. Woke up at 2am to the sprinkler system leaking on our bed. Staff was able to move us to a King bed. When asked what they could due because of waking up to the leak, moving my kids and stuff in middle of night, having no pool to swim in while it was raining and windy even through they say they do, and having to drink to get dinner because their restaurant was not open at all, they offered a free 12.99 breakfast for me and the kids even through kids were free and 5000 holiday in points and gets you nothing. I’ll never stay again!!!!! :( Very upsetting!!!!! They could have at least gave me a free night for the issues.

One front desk guy wished me a Ramadan Mubarak and the other later that night let me buy things even though it looked like he was about to leave. Super great and nice staff! Also the rooms are very clean/big/nice!

Call before you book! Website says complementary breakfast included, we found out when we arrived it actually is not its an additional $12.99 per person. Pool was closed, no coffee made in lobby two days in a row, bar & restaurant closed. If your just looking for a nice bed to sleep in, without any type of amenities or incentives it is a nice room with thin walls. Website very misleading, if I would of know all amenities were not available. I would of chose somewhere else to stay! They don’t tell you until you arrive. Beware

Due to covid protocol, no room service is done. stay a week and I have to look from reception fresh towels, coffee and toiletries essentials. We feel unwelcome. Shame that only until you get to the hotel they mention that there isn’t any breakfast, or room service and that all the amenities of the hotel are shut. No, no coming back.
