“Pathetic, horrible experience, flies, mosquitoes and lizard in the room. Bedsheets, towels, pillows and toilet with bad odour. No fan, no air conditioning, sleeping in the heat, smell and dirt. Broken furniture, leakage shower, taps and wallwith patches. Why this hotel is listed in the HOTELS.COM is itself a shame and bad reputation for the HOTELS.COM Surprisingly the price for the walk in guests is far cheaper than the price quoted in hotels.com web page. Which it also means that Hotels.com……

“Hotel is still new about a year plus. Location is good. Not far from cihemplas walk & rumah moda. Great Room size, Breakfast spread are marvellous and service staff are excellent. Didn't get their names but all are very helpful. Hotel Maintenance is a plus. All areas look clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a must to visit it's breathtaking.”

“Second time in this hotel, staffs are very nice and workout very well, specially gentleman, space from lobby to room are very open, never feel close. They even has a small swimming pool. And nice view in the night just from the window in your room. This year they have foot massage room. Really worth for the value, like to come back again.”
