“Matt was very communicative when we had questions. We just have two suggestions. 1. That entry door is no beuno! Felt like the dead lock opened but the handle lock didn’t. 2. Desperately needs lighting in kitchen and dining room thank goodness for the time change and we had light longer. It would be more helpful if you had a physical notebook of instructions, suggestions like You can walk to Arsenal Park with kiddos, and menus of nearby restaurants. “This is a nice little property. It is quiet and in a convenient location in the middle of Squirrel Hill. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. ”

“My daughter is a student athlete at Seton Hill U and we stayed here for a few days while she recovered from ACL surgery. This home was very accommodating for our needs. All one level living with 2 full baths. Place was new and clean. Owner was responsive when needed and so nice, providing extra ice in the freezer for my daughter’s recovery. One thing to consider is that there are just the basics in the kitchen so if you plan on cooking alot during your stay, you should know that in advance....

“This house was perfect for a long weekend with friends. The location was ideal. We could walk to restaurants and bars. And it was nice and quiet at night. Jonathan was so nice and answered my questions quickly. We would stay here again. ”

“Looks just like the pictures, very nice design and well maintained! Lots of room for everyone in our group and no adults stuck sleeping in bunk beds was really nice. Also, having elderly guests with us, the bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor was super convenient. On street parking was not a huge issue for us, we were always able to park pretty close. Overall was a lot cheaper for us vs booking hotel rooms for everyone. We will definitely stay here for all future trips!”
