Very poor communication and locking the door.
"When leaving, I tried locking the door by putting in the code and pulling the door shut. I did not realize that there was another step to lock the door. Therefore, there was a lock on the door inside that I locked and shut the door there were no instructions on how to use the keypad And when we arrive ..."

"Wonderfully close to great neighborhoods and easy access to highways. Nearby small playground nice for children. Owner very accessible and friendly. Parking not a problem. Would stay here again!"
