I was so grateful especially after seeing how many handrails and spacious the room was. I didn’t ask for it, but it was nice to see someone going above what they needed to do. "

"The room was adequate size, clean and nicely presented. It was noisy from outside traffic and the heating/airconditioning system was very noisy. Had to shut it off. "
