“Karen at the desk was exceptional, the cleaning lady was very friendly. The room was spotless, as were the bedding and bathroom. We had their breakfast in the dining room and it was spotless. There were a nice variety of foods to choose from. ”

“This is our third visit to the carriage house and we love staying here. We come every december to spend an early Christmas with family. We wouldnt stay anywhere elsr. This past weekend though, The Diamond All Stars Cafe was not open and the other place associated with the carriage house doesnt sell breakfast so we were on our own both saturday and sunday for breakfast. ”

“We asked for the handicapped room, because I'm disabled and he was trying to give us one on the second floor. He acted like it was a terrible imposition. I tried to ask a few questions and got curt , short answers. I was told we'd have wifi. If l wanted to lay on the floor outside our room in the hall, I was able to get only one rung up on the icon, for a second. Nothing in our room. The bed was hard, pillows old and flat, no tissues or normal toiletries. No information about where ice machine,……

“We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was great and super friendly. And the place was very clean. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. We weren’t expecting all that. They had happy hour one day,special treats out the next. We plan on staying here again the next time we are in the area.”

“Traveled late at night. Paid 500.00 on my credit card for 22nd December tru December 28. Spent 2 hours looking for pet friendly hotel. After traveling til 11:30 at night to get to my paid for room. I WAS TOLD NO CAT!. .the older woman running hotel was rude and told me to go elsware with my cat. I am a 59 year old single woman who spent my birthday..December 23 sleeing in my car at a truck stop in the middle of snowstorm.. not a very pleasurable experience. Would not recommend. False……
