“The first room we were given had no exterior lights on the whole building, so it was pitch black (we checked in about 8pm) there was a bag a trash left outside the room and the room had a heavy musty odor. I immediately went back to the front desk and explained the issues and they did give me another room but didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or really cared. I told him I did not feel safe and there was no response. The second room did have the exterior lights working, but the rooms are……
