"There were tons of the dog hair behind the chair and baseboard. The carpet torn off, not replacement. Some furniture has been scratch and rip. Nothing has not been fix or replacement. They weren't prepare to have clean towel every single day and also swim towel. It just terrible. Breakfast is terrible. ..."
