This is definitely an older hotel but it was very clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the restuarant was excellent. We would stay here again.
The facilities were clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed being able to order breakfast from the restaurant. Overall, it was an excellent value for the price. We were very satisfied with our stay.
The room was a nice size. Great to have a fridge that actually kept things cold. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, expected continental and we were able to pick from 3 cooked breakfast meals.
It was clean and well maintained. The staff were cheerful, professional and happy to help us. With its location in the middle of remote area it was a welcome if rustic place for travellers to rest and recover.
Convenient location when traveling from Jasper to Vancouver. Comfortable accommodations and close to restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was yummy before our hikes. Nice to have air conditioning after several days without. Highly recommend the Hop N Hog Tap and Smokehouse for dinner!
Stayed one night at the hotel. Booked a double room and was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite! Room was HUGE with a sitting area and table for 6 people. Small kitchen with cook top and apartment size fridge. Would be a great room for a weekend to explore the falls. Breakfast provided in the morning included coffee or juice and 3 options of fresh cooked meal. Well worth the money to stay here. Property has a liquor store and bar attached to it as well.
I really appreciated the large, accessible suite. The kitchenette was perfect, and easy to navigate. The large tub and shower were a highlight, and I was mostly pleased with the cleanliness. There was some icky grout/sealant in the shower. The direct access to our car was also appreciated. The breakfast was great, but a set a menu. We had great sleeps both nights. We plan to rent the room again in the future!
The room was clean, and the option to order breakfast was a nice bonus. The only downside was the unpaved parking lot, which made it easy to track mud into the room, especially in wet weather.
We had the honeymoon suite. Huge room & bathroom. Very clean room, full kitchen. We were very close to the highway but noise was manageable. Restaurant at the hotel was very good.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel was basic but adequate for an overnight stop over between Whistler and Jasper. Room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate and served to you.
Good dining option in hotel . Liquor and convenience store adjacent . Clean renovated older Inn. Good for a stopover when travelling . Only room for improvement -Bed was a little firm and no elevator to second floor . An offer to assist with bags would have been appreciated
Stayed here 1 night to allow a visit to Wells Gray park on a roadtrip in Canada. Overall the accommodation is good - the room we had was spacious. Didn’t use the kitchen provided but it looked good if you were staying a few days. The included full service breakfast was good. We also had dinner in the restaraunt which, again, was good - though in both cases I could see the kitchen was struggling to cope with the number of diners.
We had a great stay in Wells Gray Inn. Room was clean and check-in and service is good. We accidentally left some child books and hotel staffs are genuinely willing to help to send the books back. Shout out to Mike and other hotel staff. Overall highly recommended.
