"The breakfast and dessert was delicious! Rebecca was so nice and friendly making sure our stay was great. I would definitely recommend the place and I am sure to return!"
"The room was okay but the showers needed maintenance. However during our whole stay the pool was closed off. We asked every day when it would open but every time they would give us the same response, that they were waiting for a "water inspection". The room also had a weird mildew smell."

"We booked this cabin for 4 days for a family vacation. The cabin itself was very nice, clean and roomy. The resort was quiet and it has many amenities although we only took advantage of the horseback riding.The only thing that was a bit surprising was the proximity to the other lots, it wasn’t very clear in the pictures. But over all it was a lovely stay and we would consider staying again if we were in the area."

"We had an amazing stay at Cloud-9. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival with nice music and a readied home. The check in process was simple and we had everything we needed to fins and access the home. The drive up to the house was via a natural rock road but nothing too difficult or steep. Alan was an amazing host and always quick to respond if we had any questions although there weren’t many because everything was set for us. The view was definitely wonderful and the sunrise was beyond amazing. We woke to the same view as in the picture. It literally felt as if we were in the clouds. We didn’t use the second smaller space too much except for one or two games of pool, and the main cabin had everything we needed. We basically hiked, cooked, and watched movies which was exactly what we wanted. There was an Ingles (grocery store) and a Starbucks within 5 minutes which was perfect! We met a few neighbors while out walking the dog, and they were also incredibly nice. I loved that we could walk directly out the front door and straight up Mount Yonah. We saw a bear, a few deer and incredible views. I definitely recommend and would visit again."
Cameron House Retreat: Lake, wine & mountain paradise! 5 miles to Helen!

"Papa's Fish & Kids getaway was also a pre surgery getaway. Papa' will have surgery soon and will be hanging up his pole (hopefully only for a short time!). The Cameron House Retreat was our respite. From the lake to the front lawn, the sweet sound of the grandchildren laughing and playing. To the occasional deer and plentiful lightning bugs, and the afternoon walks. What more could you ask for to recall upon when we are deep in our thoughts. Photos are wonderful, but they can't capture the smell of French Toast and coffee in the beautifully appointed downstairs. The whimsical upstairs children's rooms are a dream come true, and even the adults enjoyed their afternoon naps in their own spacious rooms. Mimi's favorite room was the downstairs library. It called me like a long-lost friend, my friend, time. The booking went smoothly, even though we added an extra night after our initial booking. The owners of the Cameron House even went out of their way when something was left behind. It's hard to trust what you see on the internet sometimes, but I can say with complete certainty, Cameron House Retreat is more than just a VRBO listing. It's a feeling of home and most importantly family. Mimi & Papa'"
"This was perfect for me and my husband. It was private . It has a long gravel driveway with deers and turtles. The river sounds were peaceful. My husband enjoyed fishing while we were there. Morning coffee and the back porch was just what I needed. Jessica was a great host!! We will be back ."

"Creekside Cottage is centrally located to so many activities and was perfect for our family with 4 adults, 3 kids ages 12, 4 and 2, and our 2 dogs. The small creek was just right for the younger kids, the large yard was great for catching lightning bugs, the wraparound screened porch was a relaxing spot for the grandparents. The owner/manager was very attentive, helpful and cordial when contacted with problems or questions. We spent a lot of time at the cabin that was supplied with so many games, toys, sports activity equipment, hot tub and fire pit. This is definitely a great place for a large family and perfect for our dogs."

"My family and I booked this location last minute for the 4th of July weekend. This was the most incredible property we have ever stayed at. The property owner was extremely kind and welcoming and she made sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was indescribable. The views from the back porch looked like they were something out of a movie. The photos on VRBO do not do this property justice. We will definitely be returning."

"My husband and I made a pre-anniversary (45th) trip to GA and stayed at a fabulous & private home - Huckleberry Cabin. The home was so comfy and had everything one might need or want, especially the hot tub. Proximity to Helen GA was just the right distance and the hosts gave us great suggestions for things to do and where to eat. I would highly recommend this wonderful cabin.A & P - June 2025"
