The downstairs has multiple windows, and entertaining space with its own bathroom and bedroom. This bedroom does not have any windows.

There are a few steps to get into the home, and a staircase, be mindful for children. Once on the patio there is another staircase down to the lower part of the yard, or walkway that is sloped.
