This lovely historic Georgian holiday home was built in 1834 and has been lovingly restored to provide luxury self catering accommodation for 8 guests, perched high on a hill in Clifden Town centre the house is less than a 2 minute walk from all lively pubs, gourmet restaurants and excellent coffee shops. Hill House holiday home benefits from free internet service, an open fire, private decked area with bbq and an enclosed garden area and provides a welcome pack upon arrival. Hill House is happy to welcome your pet, however we would ask that your pet would not be permitted on furniture or on beds. If additional cleaning is required we may have to deduct from your damage deposit.
This fully recently refurbished enchanting 4 double bedroom property is full of character providing comforts of home with a touch of elegance, still retaining many original features such as full sized wooden shutters, high ceilings throughout with cornicing. The house has a formal dining room with love seat, cosy living room with an open fire and lots of natural sunlight from the 2 large bay windows. The bathroom has a freestanding clawfoot bath, the modern country kitchen has built in appliances and French doors to the deck and fully enclosed garden area.

Nous avons loué pour un long weekend cette maison pour 4 couples. Nous avons été ravis. Les 4 chambres sont spacieuses ainsi que les salles de bains. La Maison est très bien équipée : beaucoup d'équipement et de matériel dans la cuisine ( à voir la cafetière traditionnelle qui arrive en fin de vie...) l'emplacement est idéal : au pied des commerces et des pubs , tout en étant un peu à l'écart et donc très tranquille . Bref : je recommande !!

....da fehlen einem fast schon die Worte. Das Haus ist lt. der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin das älteste Haus in Clifden und hat einen tollen Charme. Sehr viel Platz, sehr schöne, stilvolle Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, tolle Ausstattung der Küche, eine wunderbare Sitzecke im Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit, eine tolle Lage (dreimal umfallen und man ist im Pub). Der Preis ist gerechtfertigt. Klare Empfehlung.
