Great location and suite for a home base while in Killarney. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, jacuzzi bathtub was amazing. Central air worked great, we kept the rooms cold the whole time, made our stay great after the last location which was very hot. This was our favorite stay for our 17 day trip across the country! Thanks for making the experience so memorable.

The property itself was beautiful. Unfortunately we checked in around 6pm….we were soaked, exhausted and hungry. Took our luggage to the room and went to get some food in the bar/restaurant located in the hotel. Sat for 30mn and received absolutely no service, not even a “be right with you”. So we left. When laying in bed, you can hear the guest in the next room peeing. I can listen to a lot of things….talking, laughter, guests walking the hallways……because you expect that, but using the bathroom. No. But again, the property was beautiful, we parked at a parking garage near by and the town was fun.

It was a great hotel with a great location. Although arriving with a car and luggage is Not convenient. There is absolutely no area out the front to stop, you need to park a block or so away and bring your luggage from there. Had I known prior, I would not have booked here, it made for a tense start to an otherwise good stay.
