"Front desk staff and Director of Operations were super nice and accommodating. We had a power outage and emergency generator was not working (my best guess it was out of fuel.) trust me :) but we made the best of it and sat down in the lounge and relaxed. Some of the evening kitchen staff can be a bit kinder, it goes a long way. All in All I enjoyed my stay."

"was under construction and there was no warning about it. The jetted tub was nice but smaller than it looks in pictures. After a long day of wandering around we came back and the elevator was down. My knee has an old injury so coming back to being told I have to take the stairs to floor 3 was disappointing. The pictures for breakfast wasnt what they had pictured. It was fine but I think because its under construction nothing really matched. The location was good but it was not exactly what I wanted for my anniversary."

"Hotel is in a good location with free parking. We had to switch rooms a few times due to ants and other bugs. Last room we received was better but also found a “tenebrio molitor” (beetle). First floor rug closer to the end of the hall by room 139 has a terrible pee odor, quite strong. The staff we met was overall nice though and seems like part of the hotel has new rugs so hopefully it’s getting the Maintance needed in its entirety."

"The pictures online are lies. Even staying one night, it was not good. The corners of the floors were dirty. The one of two beds in our room was not stable. I leaned on it to put on shoes and the whole bed slide and I nearly fell. The hallways smells extremely bad of cigarettes and wet mold. If I had a way to get out of staying there I would have. The staff was very kind and friendly but the place is trash. Simple cleanliness was not adhered too. The only reason I slept on the bed was because it had a plastic wrap so I knew the mattress was covered."
