It was just ideal for our needs. The owner was warm and welcoming, and we felt like honored guests upon arrival. She explained everything and showed all of the conveniences and modern upgrades like Star Link internet and streaming TV. The country charm of the cottage was just what we needed after busy days. The rural location was quiet and peaceful. We even got to meet the rooster and watched him crow in the morning (so happy to see him). I have had many experiences all over the world, but this one will live as one of the best experiences I have had. I will definitely be booking this one again for my visits to Tallahassee. I was traveling from central Florida and it was located very near to my mother's home. It had everything that my family needed and more but I think my son enjoyed the hammock the most. The owners were very helpful and made sure that we felt at home. They assured us that they would take care of any of our needs. We were gone most of the time seeing family. but Linda and her husband were great. The gnats were bad this time of year. So, they brought over a fan to keep the gnats at bay while we were on the porch. There are two things that should be change in the rental description. The main house is extremely close to the rental, and you cannot walk through the pecan orchard. But other than that, we had a great stay, and the owners were awesome. One thing I would suggest adding to the house is tv's in the bedrooms. But I would definitely stay again. The house was lovely, and the yard was beautiful. There is a dollar general within walking distance that has everything you could possibly need. The house is well stocked and ready to be lived in. The owners are very kind and welcoming. They made us feel as though we were part of their family. Linda had snacks, candy and fruit for us to take out while we were fishing. Everything about the property was perfect for us to prepare and rest for the tournament.
