"Initially, we were told to wait as the room wasn’t ready even though we were there after check-in time. The manager approached after 15 minutes and asked why we were sitting there, apologized and gave us an upgrade to a business class suite. We were very happy with the Room. Clearly it wasn’t busy ..."
