Location is excellent downtown close to ice district. Very nice pool, jacuzzi and gym on top floor. Room was great, beds comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Disappointed the restaurant was closed for Reno’s, part of check in they gave me a gift card for the closed restaurant, that was a bit strange but they made up for it by providing some snacks instead. Overall a wonderful stay.

I stayed 6 nights at this hotel, 5 nights the air conditioner was not sufficiently working. The city was under a heat advisory each day. I asked about the temperature in the building and was told it would be repaired in an hour, in which it never was. At one point a desk representative became upset with me for asking (younger male overnight at front desk). I just wanted to enjoy my trip and be comfortable. I will never stay here again.

Very nice hotel and super comfy bed and linens! Parking was close but expensive. We drive a truck that didn’t fit in the underground parking lot so we had to park in an open lot across the street. Kind of a sketchy area. Lots of homeless and some open drug use. Not the hotels fault but worth noting.

Bathroom door had a lot of stains. Corners had a lot of built up dirt and grime. I wore flip flops the entire time I was in my room because it really didn’t look like it had been cleaned thoroughly in a while. Front desk staff was very efficient and helpful. Location is great but you have to deal with a lot of homeless people but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Beautiful building but arrived late at night and found it difficult to find entrance as it’s through restaurant entrance and not indicate well. Sketchy at night. Hotel is fantastic though and very clean. Security on site.
