Room service is by request. The request must be submitted before 4 PM a day before. I stayed for business, leaving the hotel before 9 AM and back after 5 PM. I asked for the room in the morning the day before I left. But since my request is made on the same day, I could get a room service.

Nice hotel. Older looking rooms, but fairly clean. Great views overlooking downtown Edmonton. Easier parking than most other downtown hotels. And the pool being above the 26th floor was very cool. We will be returning for sure.

Room was clean and comfortable Staff was helpful and courteous If you are going to any event at Rogers Place, this is absolutely the place to stay. Affordable, and in the winter you don’t even have to go outside to get to the arena. Parking was nearby
