Great place to stay if you want to be beachfront! Host was very quick and communicative. Everything worked well and was clean. The beach was private so fishing with the dog was calm and relaxing. I will definitely stay here again!

Clute, (Lake Jackson area), is home to Dow chemical and aside from a large corporate office are the presence of various chemical processing plants. Just FYI. Nice community regardless!

Clute itself is an older looking town that needs to be revamped in my opinion. Too much money around that could be there as well.
