La habitación tenía un fuerte olor a coladera que salía del baño, solicitábamos cambio de habitación pero nos dijeron que no había habitaciones disponibles, el personal se esforzó por resolver el problema pero al final tuvimos que convivir con ese olor lo que hizo nuestra estancia muy incomoda. Solo de recordarlo vuelvo a sentir náuseas. Por otra parte el Internet es malísimo, tiene muchas desconexiónes y es muy lento.

Dentro de la información de Expedía mencionan que no hay cargo extra por llevar una mascota, pero al llegar a recepción se cobró un cargo extra. Y ojo, no es por el dinero, ya que fue un monto muy bajo, pero es cuestión de transparencia.

no esta bien que reciban perros, al lado de mi habitación habia un perro que toda la santa noche ladró y no me dejo dormir, otra cosa me asignaron una habitación con dos camas matrimoniales y un sofá cama cuando yo pedí una sola cama. pero eso no fue lo peor! me cobraron como si llevara 4 personas cuando solo fuimos mi esposa y yo

El hotel es una hacienda remodelada, tiene estacionamiento amplio, hay desayunos. Lo mejor es la ubicación, a unas cuadras del centro.

Muy bien, podría mejorar pero lo recomiendo

Todo muy bien. Las habitaciones son pintadas a mano y es una casona por lo que se siente parte de una experiencia mágica. Lo único malo es que no tiene ninguna amenidad extra como cafetera o agua. Otro punto en contra es que no hay mucha señal y el internet falla muchísimo

Falta iluminación en los cuartos

Muy bien todo en general, solo que la habitación era muy poco iluminada y sí requería luz para maquillarme y arreglarme y solo en el baño habia un foco con luz un poco mas fuerte
