Great experience olace us very clean, central, parking accessible and food was good. Restaurant service is very slow since they only has one waiter but she was friendly. There's no blowdryer or iron on premises.

Pasamos a las 12:00 hrs al hotel, para que nos resguardaran el equipaje, No puedo caminar bien debo usar andadera o 2 bastones, el recepcionista y su jefe Adrian creo, ellos me vieron con problemas, para caminar, en la noche que llegamos a tomar la habitación, nos encontramos con qué estaba en la Planta Alta, no tuvieron la sensibilidad de si me vieron, No tuvieron la atención de asignarme una habitación en Planta Baja, las habitaciones son amplias y están bonitas, lo único que vi mal, es que el baño está medio inundado, afortunadamente, la señorita Estefanía, encargada nocturna del Hotel, muy amable fue ella misma a secarlo. El desayuno, si muy rico, pero si batallé mucho subiendo las escaleras

El personal es amable el hotel está limpio, la habitación amplia lo único malo en el baño es que no había habitaciones sin tina y era muy alta nos costaba entrar y salir en ella para darnos un baño en regadera (tenemos más de 70 años), pero esta muy bien el desayuno es bueno, tiene estacionamiento y está muy cerca del zócalo

Como fueron dos habitaciones, una sí estaba mucho más amplia y fresca qué la otra porque una fue arriba y la otra abajo. Pero, en general, ambas muy bien. Personal amable. Desayuno estuvo incluido. Me gustó mucho y me agradaría volver. Tiene estacionamiento.
