“First, we didn't get any information about the hotel on arrival. We asked around to other staff members for what we wanted. The front desk staff member on arrival was not at all professional. I asked a question about something important and she told me not to worry about it. We didn't have any idea what amenities the hotel had without looking back onto their website and comments from others who stayed. We had to ask someone about pool hours and how to get access to the towels. They had five……

“The rooms are impeccably clean. As a motel, I was delighted to see the level of care the owners take. The only little issues about our stay was the lack of hot water, it was luke warm at best and he blowdryer was broken. Now my query is if you have two queen beds, why is the hotel charging for an extra guest if we were 3? I always thought you paid for the room.and not the occupancy.”
