I have never gotten a noise complaint at anytime when we have stayed anywhere. We had checked in at 7:00pm went to our room put our things in and left to go eat. Upon returning the gentleman at the desk came up to us telling us the people below us called in a noise complaint. We had three children with us ages 7, 11, 11\. My daughter ran into the room very excited to stay there. But we were in the room less than 10 minutes. I felt the noise complaint wasn’t warranted or supported by our actions. Upon returning to the hotel and we were informed my kids whispered and were tip toed to be extra quiet. Our bed wasn't so comfortable the first night...just a personal preference. The management was fantastic and allowed us to change rooms.
