This was a convenient place to stay with access to Silverwood. The room was comfortable, quiet and adequate. The bathroom walls and shower curtain had some unidentified brown spots on them. The comforter seemed stained or dirty. The breakfast was decent and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a good experience.

The facility is a little dated , but all in all it suited my needs. If you’re not hung up on 5 star luxury, but a more reasonable functional facility with some amenities such as pool, hot tub, laundry , daily free continental breakfast, then this facility is for you . There are eateries and shopping close by, and freeway entrance close by. I was overall satisfied as the facility met my needs and expectations and I would stay at this facility again.

We stayed at the Ramada in coeur d' alene for a total of 5 nights. The entire time our room was never maintained, had to go ask for more shampoo, toilet paper, towels etc. multiple times. The tv remote didn't work, bath tub didn't drain and was not clean at all. There was a strange mucky smell in our room that lingered into the hall. The fridge shelves were broken, but thankfully was cold. The drawer for the dresser didn't stay closed it would open over time. The lock on the door barely worked, had to lean my whole body weight onto the latch to get it to secure, so we could sleep securely. The room had multiple stains on the curtains along with the bed spread. Maintance said they would come take a look at the issues we brought up to there attention, but never did. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the free breakfast and the hot tub. The breakfast gave my girlfriend and I an upset stomach for the rest of our stay. The hot tub didn't work, and after inquiring multiple times through out the week about the hot tub, we were given a different answer every time. All in all I would not suggest staying here

Friendly staff, pool was basic but kids loved it, hot tub was a nice bonus, the free breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Our room didn’t have enough towels for everyone, but not a big deal.

The property was extremely dirty. There was pubic hair around the tub that was not cleaned up after the last person. The bathtub grout was extremely moldy. The windows were filthy. We would never stay here again. We had high hopes because of the Ramada name. I’m not sure how they’re getting high reviews because they are extremely misleading.

Rooms were not very clean. Fan is bathroom sounded broken. Air conditioner was loud at night making it hard to sleep. Staff was very friendly & helpful though.

This place really needs some work. The pool was VERY cold hot tub was broken paint in pool was pealing. The rooms were not very clean. Staff at check in desk was very nice and helpful.

Upon checkin, we had to wait 25 minutes for service before someone came to help us. Our room had absolutely zero wifi, had to sit in the hallway to make business calls. We had booked a room with 3 beds that was approved, we were unable to have that request. The water for our shower was brown so we were not able to shower . The room smelled like sour milk .
