Horrible! 😥😔 I wouldnt stay here even if were free. The room we got smelled liked human waste and it was coming from the vents was cloudy. At 10 pm, after dinner, I stopped by the lobby to complain and the staff on on duty told me to wait until shift change to handle it at 11:00. (I didnt complain at 4:30 when we got to the room bc didnt want to miss snack time that ended at 5 AND the room phone didnt work!! I guess it would be ringing off the hook.) I put the kids to Bed with my mother-in-law, a different room and headed down there at 11:10 pm. After waiting an hour and a half in the balcony bc I couldnt stand the smell we went back and after sending a bell hop who complained the keys to the new room didnt work, we finally got into the room at 1 a.m. The new room had ac but it was barely noticeable. Meanwhile, my mother-in-law’s room was blasting. I had a frigid temperature and there was no way to control it from the control panel. The control panel numbers would move, but nothing would happen. Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people

Ac won’t work that great on some rooms They are little bit unclean out side the hotels and bathroom
