"I waited 10 minutes in the lobby before anyone attended. I got to my room and took a shower. The shower drain was blocked causing the water to run out of the shower, into the bathroom and on to the bedroom. It was a mess. I had to use the towels to dam the water flow. Then my door wouldn’t lock. When I closed the door it could be opened by pushing g the door. I requested a room change but the desk clerk was reluctant to so to do. Hotel is 2 stars but no AC; if you are traveling in summer be advised that hotels with AC and more amenities are available for comparable prices in the vicinity. Staff was very kind but I likely would not stay here again. Also WiFi was not secure, and so effectively not of use to me."
