"My girlfriend and I spent a weekend here for Valentine's Day, and it was perfect for our needs. It's very easily accessible and easy to get to from downtown Newburgh/Beacon. Phyllis was very communicative throughout our stay and super understanding of the winter weather coming in the morning we left. Everything is as listed and we really enjoyed ourselves here for a winter retreat!"

"This property was located three blocks from my sister's home, and was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, the bedrooms had AC, and decorated with taste and love. The host is immediately responsive with any question. It is a space you feel good in! When I visit again, I will be staying at the same place. "
