There is hardly any beach access and not many chairs (always taken). They do offer free shuttles to governors beach and public beach and also offer free chairs to bring and go pros to borrow. “A nice property that was conveniently located near the beach. The check-in process was a bit confusing and the rental office a bit hard to find. The instructions on what beach chairs shoukd benuaed by guests at the beach were a bit vague, and when we found them there were only 2 or 4 for the entire rental property. Our unit was nice but felt dated, whereas our friends had another unit that had been remodeled and felt clean, fresh, and modern. We had a problem with ants in the unit, but once we……

“Parking was always available. Staff will come into your room even when you have the do not disturb signage on the handle. Sunshine grill was fantastic. Rooms were very nice and clean. Hidden resort fee was a surprise. Didn’t really get an explanation since we booked on Expedia and paid a resort fee with the original booking. Had to pay an additional resort fee on a per day basis upon departure. Wish they were more transparent about this.”
