Enjoyed the location. Parking was adequate. Room was nice size. Bed was comfortable. Although the amenities were provided, the shower had hard water marks all over the shower head. The shower did not work properly. After coming in late, the room key did not work and I have to get a new key.

The good: bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked, shower water pressure and temperature were great, room was clean. The bad: one of two rooms smelled of smoke, water in the bathroom sink trickled out, toggle lock on door was broken, orange juice dispenser in breakfast room squirted water, coffee was luke warm, in general the hotel was very dated.

Friendly staff but needs refurb

Staff was very friendly and bed was comfortable; however, facility is in need of refurbishment. Plumbing didn't work well, there was crumbling drywall in the bathroom, pool wasn't clean and heater was out, carpet was nasty (and very ugly). Also right next to train tracks, trains passed several times a night.

The staff was kind and the room was clean and bed was comfortable and for me that is saying alot. It is a bit difficult to determine which drive to go into, maybe better signage. The breakfast was not the greatest. But sufficient.

Won’t be back

Check in was nice, the staff on arrival was very kind. Room was pretty clean but sink was leaking all over the countertop. There were bugs in the juice and the milk was spoiled at breakfast. Very little variety of food options at breakfast. Both nights when we got back to the hotel our key card no longer worked and we had to go all the way back down the the front desk. This was very frustrating with small, tired children. Sometimes front desk staff was outside of hotel socializing and one time she was sleeping in the back at like 8pm. We’ve been a few times before this but this time felt like a different hotel and we won’t be returning.

Going down hill

Older hotel, average cleanliness. There was an altercation between other customers which required the police to be called during our stay. Didn't feel super safe. Hotel needs updated.

Staff were friendly and courteous and very helpful. The room was very comfortable. However the swimming pool was out of order/closed yet I was still charged full price and not informed of this ahead of time. Also (a minor inconvenience) if you want to watch tv while relaxing in the room, it takes forever to change the channel and/or find out what is showing on any of the channels because you have to spend many minutes using the arrow keys on the remote slowly going up or down the channels to find the guide channels. Truly ridiculous how long changing the channel takes.
