Staff was friendly. However, I don't think the bathroom floor has been actually cleaned in quite some time. It is an older hotel, but I am particular about having a clean floor and bathroom.

Staff was ok. The hotel surroundings and access was dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families. There are a lot of homeless folks in the area and the parking garage is sketchy.
