Broad Street Market: Tours y Actividades

This is the first time that I have a bad review for the Inn. The room they gave me was the last of all the rooms, next to the stock room so everytime staff opened the door and shut it was a great noise. The AC in the room was like a gadget near the window which made an awful lot of noise, and the room was still hot. In five days of my stay the linens were never changed and the lights were off one night, no TV, NO AC, No light in the room, no one at the front desk I left a message as urgent but I never get an answer about it. I left a day early and they could not issue a reimbursement explaining Expedia had the money and Expedia told me to see it with the hotel. So after many wonderful stays in the Inn this one was an unfortunate one.
