Downtown Vintage Studio W Backyard & Grill••WALK to Downtown, CC, Parks & Venues
Located 5 minutes from Downtown Colorado Springs this is the perfect location to find lots of shopping, dining, nightlife, parks & other fun activities-No car needed! This fun & colorful vintage studio is in a safe & quiet neighborhood: you’ll see people walking their dogs, lime scooters around & lots of parks with fun events happening just down the street! This gem is absolutely perfect for any need a fun & funky traveler might have, with its central location to Downtown but quiet, safe & relaxing feel.
Kitchen:
Walking into the home you'll immediately find a fully equipped kitchen containing everything you’d need to make a delicious meal. Provided is a microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, and tea kettle (many of them red & retro styled)! The cabinets are stocked with plenty of pots, pans, bowls, plates & cups. To ensure the most relaxing stay possible, wine glasses and a wine opener are supplied. Guests will also find plastic dishes if they’d like to enjoy a meal in the backyard at one of the many dining areas! You’ll find olive oil, salt, pepper, and other basic seasonings as well as coffee and tea bags are complimentary.
Living Room:
From the kitchen, guests will immediately find a fun and cozy living room containing a 43” smart TV with apps installed and ready to sign in, a comfortable couch, gold colored chairs for additional seating and a rolling twin bed for an additional guest located in the large walk in closet. There is a designated workspace with a desk, chair, office supplies and 400 Mbps of internet for our working travelers!
Bedroom:
Separated by a half wall, guests will find a Queen size bed with plush bedding, a nightstand with a soft glowing lamp and a cubby for additional items that also allows for some privacy between the bedroom and living room. The large walk in closet is always open for guests’ personal use and contains extra toilet paper, paper towels, bath and hand towels, laundry items and cleaning items.
Bathroom:
Steps away from the Queen bed is a clean, full bathroom with a shower and tub. In the cabinets guests will find a blow dryer, comb and extra supplies. Towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash are always complimentary.
Backyard:
Outside guests will find a large, fully fenced in yard with fairy lights, loungers, a grill and multiple dining areas including a glass table with an umbrella for large groups or a small couples table tucked in the back for a more private setting. There is also a lounge chair, bench, and multiple chairs (even some for kids!) placed around the yard. This is the perfect place to enjoy a summer day away!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
While your unit is completely private, this cute studio is 1 of 3 different units in one large building (triplex). The backyard and laundry areas are shared among other guests in the building. THERE ARE RING SECURITY CAMERAS ON THE DOORBELL AND IN THE BACKYARD. These are here to ensure guest safety. Thank you. NOTE: While this unit does accommodate 3 guests, we believe it’s best for a couple & 1 child. It is NOT suitable for 3 individual adults.
