Property was beautiful except for no privacy in backyard. I was overcharged by manager which took months to resolve. I would recommend this place if they get new management.

Beautiful Home and great host!
My group of girlfriends stayed here for a long weekend, and the property was perfect for our group. The 2 separate living areas worked out great. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable! We would highly recommend and will definitely rebook next time we are in Colorado Springs!

Perfect Girls Weekend!
Us girls decided to get together and visit Colorado Springs as none of us had ever been!!! I found this house and it was absolutely perfect for us! The location was so great- it was walking distance to the bars/restaurants/shops in Old Colorado City and about a 15-20 min drive everywhere else we went- The Manitou Cograil, The Broadmoor Hotel, Glen Eryie Castle, downtown Colorado Springs, Etc. The house was great, had everything we needed and more and fit us all so comfortably. The yard and patio were perfect for relaxing with morning coffee and breakfast before we headed out for the day. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!!!

I wish we could have stayed longer.
We had a positive experience here in Old Colorado City. The home was accommodating for our larger group of adults. We, unfortunately, weren’t there long enough to enjoy the hot tub or game room. But we were very comfortable. It is a perfect walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, and breweries. If you have a large family or friend gathering , this is amazing.

Cute place. Good location.
Very well decorated, clean, and necessities readily available. Located a few minutes from Garden of the Gods, a very nice park, and a wide variety of dining experiences. Biggest downer is the late check in and early check out. 4:00 check in and 10 Am checkout. Plus cleaners were there until 4 and arrived promptly at 10.

Unique house near Old Colorado City
This property is a unique place. The main area is separate from another part of the house. You can tell the house was renovated and they have put a lot of work into it. The asthetic of the house is beautiful yet there is still more to be renovated. We communicated with the property manager about things that needed fixed and she was very open to feedback. Upon arrival the hot tub was not usable and she got someone out to fix it. We had a great time with the spaciousness of the house and how close it was to Old Colorado City. We liked how you could walk or ride your bike anywhere nearby. We would definitely stay there again and look forward to the ongoing upgrades.
