Property needs major renovating. Exterior needs much improvement. Did not have an inviting Exterioreror surrounding. Rooms need serious updating. furniture was out dated, no closets in the rooms? Doors were not properly fitted on interior room bathroom.. Hospitality was polite. Housekeeping staff was great. Currently would not be my first choice of residency.

I came down for graduation with my grandkids and my daughter and her boyfriend and another friend and he picked the hotel and while we were down there swimming last night, you know I really enjoyed seeing a staff member come into the pool room and wipe everything down and sanitize the area while people are coming in because there was 20 to 30 people in and out of there within a couple of hours so Kudos your place for being clean ! They were very friendly staff all of them!! Highly recommended

It was ok, somewhat dated facility, but nice. The treadmill needs replacing, made scary vibrating sounds so I opted not to use it. Pool and hot tub area at most hotels is usually warm, but this one was freezing cold. Breakfast was good. Staff seemed friendly.

Booked a room with a king bed and a pullout sofa bed for a one night stay. The pullout sofa bed was very disappointing. The couch itself had a bunch of stains. When the sofa bed was pulled out it did not come with a separate mattress yet the mattress was attached to the couch which made it very uncomfortable. I do not recommend booking the room with the pullout sofa bed if you have a guest that is going to sleep on it. Overall the property is dated. The continental breakfast was pretty good and had more options than expected. The staff was friendly. The location is great, near a lot of shopping, restaurants, and a theater.
