We had a great stay in this cool house. Jeremy was very responsive and also allowed us to check in a bit early, which was very appreciated. Location was very convenient to the downtown area. We would stay here again.

Fun place. Great location. Has everything you need.

We loved our stay here. It located in a central location within Colorado Springs and everything that we did was an easy drive or walk. The house is set up well and we never felt like we were missing anything we needed.

Colorado Springs getaway

Perfect little spot for a quick visit, property owner responded almost immediately anytime we had a question or concern! Quick drive away from most attractions, and had just about any amenity you could think of or need. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are in the springs :)

Such a cute house with plenty of room for the four of us. Jeremy responded quickly to any questions we had and was very friendly and helpful! Loved having a fenced in area where we could sit in the back yard and also games and nintendo for when it was raining. Would love to stay again sometime!

Weekend Visit

Stayed the weekend for a wedding and it was great. The walk downtown was so convenient and the host was very kind and responsive. Will definitely return next time I'm in Coloroado Springs!

A week stay in Colorado Springs

This house is amazing! It’s such a quaint place. The pictures are just like what is shown in the listing. The beds are very comfortable and each room has its own ac/heat unit. The kitchen is wonderful and fully stocked. The location is great and close to everything. Also includes parking which is great. The host is very easy to contact and always willing to help. We will be in Colorado Springs next year and I will definitely be booking this place again. 10/10!!

We loved the house extremely. It was perfect for our visit there to see our Colorado family. The location was very quiet. The house was so cute and we really enjoyed the coffee bar and the breakfast bars. We will definitely use this place again and would recommend it to anyone.

The gathering

It was a good place to gather, we used the fire pit in the evening - lovely. Nice wood floors. The heaters were frustrating though, noisy and not intuitive to use.

Just for the weekend

Whirlwind weekend trip for a baby shower. Jeremy was great! Property was awesome and perfect for what we needed. Will keep it in mind if/when we are back in the area!

Great place, perfect location

The house was perfect. We enjoyed the proximity to all the restaurants and cafes. We borrowed the bicycles and enjoyed a short bike ride. We loved sitting around the fire pit at night. We had a wonderful weekend. Thank you.

Five Star Plus!!

Exceeded expectations! The description of property and location is spot on. It felt just like home! Perfect location-walking distance to Colorado College as well as downtown shops and restaurants and park with ice skating. Super cozy place with fully fenced yard for our dogs. Fully functional kitchen so we could actually cook and bake things. Nice coffee set up! Jeremy’s hospitality and recommendations were most welcome. It’s clear he loves the property and Colorado Springs. We look forward to staying again and again!

Family gathering

The house was adorable and very clean. The neighborhood was an eclectic mix of homes and apartments. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars, with a beautiful view of the mountains just down the street. Jeremy responded instantly to any questions, and went over and above to correct a problem with a TV. Would stay there again if we went to Colorado Springs 👍

Walking distance to downtown

Nice place with premium appliances and multiple wall mounted air and hear. Good communication with manager. Fenced in yard for dogs. Overall, would do this again.

Anniversary Weekend

My wife and I recently traveled to CO Springs on our anniversary trip. The location of the VRBO was ideal for our stay as it was within walking distance of many restaurants and bars downtown and an easy commute to local hikes. The VRBO was very clean and comfortable and the owner was kind enough to provide us with two bicycles for our stay!

Great place

We had a great stay, 20 minutes away from 3 of the places we visited ( garden of the gods, zoo, cave of the winds). I also liked that we had the back yard to ourselves for our fur babies. This home had different amenities at our disposal to use which was great, and had a homely feel to it.
