When we arrived and got our room there were a good amount of stains and cigarette holes in the sheets and had a smell. We got a different room on the first floor which had the same issue. But this room looked like someone had tried to break in. There was a fair amount of damage done near the metal bar lock and around the dead bolt.

I wouldnt recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. This is a shame too because usually Days Inns are decent for the price. This one however needs to be shut down. This was by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I feel sorry for anyone that checks in here and especially if you have kids. 1. Door handles loose. Door doesn't lock properly. 2. Carpet stained all over, chair looks like someone died in it. 3. Smoke detector missing and cords hanging out ceiling. 4. Walls have stains and marks all over and water spots on ceiling. 5. Room had weird smell. 6. Beds only have sheets..no blankets. 7. Small fridge on floor. No coffee maker or hair dryer. 8. Lamp shades stained and tv remote was missing. Asked for one and heard manager tell last at front desk that if there weren't any in a drawer then there isn't one for me. Lady at front desk was very kind and managed to find me one from vacant room. However you can't change channels. Only volume button seems to work. 9. Bathroom tiles have dirt all ij cracks where grout should be. Few tiles are loose and can almost be removed. 10. Shower bar screws coming out. Hair on counter and sink wasn't properly cleaned. Door was held together by screws. 11. No phones, alarm clocks

Our room was on the 2nd floor-no elevator. The room was without a phone, tv remote, smoke detector was ripped out, hair dryer was ripped off of the wall, fan was out in the bathroom, actually taken apart with a hole in the ceiling. Staff was friendly but the property was poorly taken care of.

Very bad place. Only one ice machine and that’s not working. No fridge in the room, no iron box in room. Breakfast is terrible. No cups when i went there and even not enough coffee in the flask. Not enough towels and what we got is bad too.

Leticia at the front desk was horrible. Our flight was delayed 2 hours and we did not arrive in Colo Spgs until 2am. I called the property twice. First time we were supposed to arrive at midnight and they said that was fine. Second time I called to tell them the flight had been delayed and we would arrive after 2am. They again said it was fine. Leticia said I was a no show and she couldn’t check me in. I asked to pay for a new reservation and she said no because the hotel was full….yet they had my room empty or they sold it. She didn’t apologize or show any empathy, didn’t offer any solutions and we had to leave and find new accommodations. Based on the service with her I will never select this hotel.

Bed bugs, only cereal for breakfast, didnt have proper sheets for king bed. Room was dirty. Used condom behind the bed. No towels in my room. Cleaning people came 1 time during my 5 day trip and didnt leave toilet paper or towels, just made the bed with the same sheets, with no fitted sheets. I dont complain. But this stay was horrible. They changed my rate because i found bed bugs and still hasnt refunded the difference.

The continental breakfast was 2 cereal dispensers and a gallon of milk in the fridge. We had to wait for the next day for towels so we could shower. While the staff was nice, there was just nothing they could do to help except tell us to come check back fot towels in a while.

There were only 2 towels in the room, no washcloth, no floor mat. Tried to request more, but no phone in the room, and no one at the front desk when we went down twice. They said they didn't have any more. Gave us a pool towel. No blanket on bed, only sheet. Lampshades all stained/cracked. No clock in room. No coffee/cups/ice. No microwave. No chairs for table. Breakfast was 2 kinds of cereal and 4 cups of yogurt. No juice. No bread. Nothing warm. To top it off, there was a blood stain on bed skirt. I took photos if you're interested. For over $100 room, I was very disappointed.

My room was disgusting. Dirty carpet, mold in the bathroom, broken tile and missing grout. I had to wear shoes at all times so I wouldn't cut my feet. I had to beg for towels everyday. I expected way more from a Wyndham hotel.

This property was disgusting!! We walked in and the room smelled horrible, the carpet was dirty and sticky, and the property was I overall disrepair. Our beds had a single sheet on them for us to cover up with and they had burn holes in them. As for breakfast included, this meant cereal and coffee. That was all that was available. Do not stay here!!

You canceled my room with no notice! I went from a room at $88 to $184 because that's all that was available!! The lobby looked busted, the exterior was poorly maintained. It looked cheap and rundown in the common areas.

The pool was closed most of our stay, no breakfast, coffee only two days, no housekeeping, needed to ask for towels and washcloth and only left one towel, the window coverings were torn and we had to hold them closed with 3 water bottles. My wife asked your manager for some type of compensation and the manager said she would put a note in our file. she did not. I could not recommend this hotel. I can only comment on this hotel.

We had a very difficult time to find this hotel which was near the airport at Colorado Springs. I was almost in tears...we booked it late in the evening and were dis-oriented and probably spent more than 20 minutes driving around...called the hotel and she told us some of the information we needed but still couldn't find it...THE SIGN IS WAY TOO SMALL and if we weren't for the fact that we couldn't cancel the reservation, we would have left. I think this was the place that the breakfast buffet had almost nothing...they were out of everything and about a half cup of coffee was all that I got. This is crap! Yours is a well-known hotel and yet, you can't supply your guests with what we should be able to expect. I used to work for Marriott and they would never treat their guests in such a way. Oh I know, yours is not a Marriott hotel but it's fairly comparable to a Fairfield Inn price-range but you don't come close in supplying your guests with a comparable experience.
