“Spacious, rooms were clean living room was inviting, laundry units was available in the basement if needed. The only things that disappointed us was a small bathroom (which the way the house is, its nothing about the all in all experience ) i will definitely have another reservation hopefully soon. 10 out of 10 ❤️”

“The Happy Place is a perfect little house. I would have actually liked to know more about the property's history. We were very comfortable there-I loved the old Philco refrigerator that is still running perfectly. Interesting artifacts to explore. The shelving gave me ideas for my own little cottage in PA. “Exactly as pictured, this home was both convenient & comfortable. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Nice water pressure in the shower & plenty of towels. Loved having a washer & dryer. All appliances in the kitchen that we used worked well. Nicely decorated, beds comfortable, water & ice in frig. Communication with owner was good.”

“My spouse and I stayed at the property with another couple for two nights. We appreciated the cleanliness, the extra linens and towels, and the fully stocked kitchen. Chris was also great to work with and a prompt communicator. We would definitely recommend! ”

“Absolutely, hands down the best experience with a rental! He was incredibly quick to respond and was so genuine I couldn’t have been more impressed. Open, inviting and made things so wonderful for my parents and brother/sister-in -law. We had to shift some things around just before the trip, and he was wonderful to work with and again, communication was quick and he was a really fun guy! I’m so glad destiny brought his property to us. I have a service dog, he’s rather large, but so very loving...
