"The place was oudated. No staff at front for arrival needed to call them. Hallway smelled. Room felt like a dungeon. No natural light and lamps not bright. Paint was chipping and room outdated. Breakfast was meager and not appealing. "

"Well, I got there and no one was anywhere to be found. It was a blizzard outside and I had already booked and paid for the room. i used the couch in the front lounge for some nap time because it was already 3am. Called the phone repeatedly, and walked around the entire hotel for a good 30 minutes. Just wanted to sleep. Finally a maintenance man walked out and found me and he still couldn't find the attendant. Finally got into my room an hour and a half after I arrived. Room was fine, but you need to have a staff person there, or at least have a number that will ring them directly. "
