The hotel is a bit dated, but several upgrades have been made. Our room was very clean. The staff members were all very nice and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the beautiful and comfortable dining room.

The staff was amazing, the water pressure in the shower was fabulous and the room size was great! But paint was pealing off the walls, there was a large stain on our carpet, mold on bathroom ceiling and the hot tub was shut down by the health dept.

The fourth floor room we were checked into was infested with cockroaches. Reluctantly, we stayed and asked for a different room. The front desk associate was very apologetic and provided us a first floor room which did not have any signs of insects specifically cockroaches, however the room was damaged in several areas and in dire need of refurbishment. Having worked in hotel engineering and seeing the condition of this hotel, I wish I had never booked the room or stayed. Please read the reviews before you choose places like this. Quite frankly, I’m surprised Radisson even allows his hotel to stay under its brand. Totally disgusted.

I know this brand..and I must say this was one of the worst looking. When I checked in the first room I had....the fire alarm kept going off..and the carpets were horrible.room. beds looked like there had been slept in..they did accommodate me and move me into another room. I feel this location needs an update..but the location was decent with stores and restaurants nearby
