The fourth floor room we were checked into was infested with cockroaches. Reluctantly, we stayed and asked for a different room. The front desk associate was very apologetic and provided us a first floor room which did not have any signs of insects specifically cockroaches, however the room was damaged in several areas and in dire need of refurbishment. Having worked in hotel engineering and seeing the condition of this hotel, I wish I had never booked the room or stayed. Please read the reviews before you choose places like this. Quite frankly, I’m surprised Radisson even allows his hotel to stay under its brand. Totally disgusted.

The staff was amazing, the water pressure in the shower was fabulous and the room size was great! But paint was pealing off the walls, there was a large stain on our carpet, mold on bathroom ceiling and the hot tub was shut down by the health dept.

I literally had to bring my own towels down just to get fresh towels. I wasn’t allowed to sit and watch tv in the dining room because it was “blocked off” by chairs, even though it’s an amenity to use. The worker then threatened to kick me out because I asked to speak with a manager and he refused. The indoor pool was ice cold!!!! How do you have an indoor pool but it’s freezing water? Overall just a terrible experience. The pillow might as well have been made of air. We only had one remote control for both tvs in our suite. I’ve stayed at a lot of hole in the wall hotels throughout the last 27 years but this place, given the nightly rate and expectations, was worse than staying Oceanside in Myrtle Beach with sand in your room.
